Initial Consultation $150
Customized nutrition goals and tips for you based off your food allergies, food sensitivity, and blood work up. Your health starts on the inside and a blood test will uncover food deficiencies. Nutritional goals and health will be provided in person, over the phone, or email.
Phone Counseling Packages
Phone counseling is a great way to check in with a dietitian for accountability, clarity, and to gain a better understanding on your goals, struggles, obstacles to healthy eating. These 1/2 hour sessions are a great way to reset you.
