Do you need help with recovering from injuries, joint pain, or strengthening your weak muscles? ELB will help you discover your weaknesses and strengthen to reduce pain and injuries. Athletes are very busy. Here are quick and easy assessments services below.

Outdoor Boot Camp July Special

  • July 6th to August 6th
  • 10 (1 hour session)
  • Mon./Wed. 8:30am or
  • Tuesday/Thursday 9am
  • Functional Agility Training
  • Sport Specific training
  • Customized strength training
  • Outside workouts
  • Social distancing
  • Participants will not share equipment
  • All equipment will be wiped down thoroughly after each workout session.
  • Maximum of 10 participants in one group
  • Minimum of 4 participants for the session to run.
  • $150.00 Per Participant

Assessment $75

Online or in person one hour assessment that will include a description of weaker muscles and joints. Exercises and instructions to strengthen muscles imbalances to prevent injuries. Great for all ages.




Online Training $550

3 months of customized personal training programs at the convenience of training in your own home or gym. This is great for school age athletes who are busy with school and sports or adults who work long hours. Videos with instructions are included to help you have an incredible workout. Daily feedback and communication
to ensure you are feeling results.

Personal Training

Individual or partner training for 1 hour. A session will include strength training, balance, and flexibility of the whole body.
