Turkey Meatloaf

Nonstick cooking spray
2 pounds of lean ground turkey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

3 large eggs

½ cup carrot puree

½ cup cauliflower puree

Jarred tomato Sauce (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Press the mixture into the loaf pan. Bake until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, 50-55 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
  4. Serve with tomato sauce, if you wish.Image result for turkey meatloaf
