Beets deliver antioxidants, vitamins, and nutrients right to the muscle. Earth’s “natural candy” is not only delicious, but healthy! Drink up!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 medium beet, peeled and cut into chunks (about 1 1/4 cup chopped)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- Add honey for extra sweetness
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into a blender and enjoy!
