Research has shown that tedious tasks require the use of nutrition willpower and like a muscle, willpower can be used to the point of fatigue. At the end of the day, that can leave us drained of willpower and at the mercy of ANY tempting goodie that crosses our path, which undermines even the most sincere goal of eating healthfully.

Organic foods, spring water and organic mineral supplements provide your body with the proper fuel that maintains for balancing moods, maintaining focus and maximizing concentration. Your most valuable resource is willpower, but most people rarely get to see it in action regularly, because they are eating GMOs, drinking fluoridated tap water and consuming refined sugars and saturated trans fats.

Lack of energy

The lack of proper minerals leads to 900 different diseases and disorders. This is where the tires hit the road. Understanding mineral deficiency and how to replenish your system is key to having energy, drive, momentum, persistence and basically good health. Be sure that your breakfast, even if it’s small, is the ultimate fuel, full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Turn on all your enzymes! Making smoothies with fresh organic fruit or juicing organic vegetables is key. Have you researched your organic mineral supplements? No? It’s time! Stay balanced and stay focused. You deserve it.

Recharge Your Willpower Batteries

  • Take time out for yourself as a way to recharge your willpower batteries. “If you get stressed, take a short walk
  • That mindset alone can make you feel more empowered
  • Change your beliefs on willpower, change everything
  • Willpower is surprisingly simple to boost.

Willpower works cumulatively, rather than being a finite resource, can be enough to improve the numbers.
In one study from Stanford, researchers gave subjects the prompt, “Sometimes, working on a strenuous mental task can make you feel energized for further challenging activities.”
Simply sending the message that willpower can build on itself rather than run out was enough to get people to be significantly more successful at the tasks at hand.

Try giving yourself a prompt to encourage a different view of willpower and motivation
Consider a different view of willpower (preparing meals ahead of time)
Reframe what willpower means to me

Remember, willpower is simply another tool you can use to empower yourself to make positive changes.
