ELB Consulting specializes in group personal training that is tailored to meet your individual or corporate wellness needs.

Our goal is to provide the group personal training education, lifestyle and balance required to meet your nutritional and fitness goals. In your home, our studio, or online we make sure your customized plan will fit your busy schedule.

    Tuesday-Sport Injury Class @ 8:30am
    Wednesday-Long and Lean Strength @ 8:30am
  • Friday-Cardio HIIT  @ 8:30am
  • Friday-Sport Injury Class @ 1:0opm

All Classes are 1 hour in length starting at 8:30am and taught by a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and yoga certified. Packages expire one month from date of purchase.

Our personal training services are for anyone who is looking to tone, get lean, lose weight, injury rehab, injury prevention, increase strength, and/or increase athletic ability. Each personal training session is one hour and tailored to meet your individual needs. There are single, buddy sessions, athlete, and group training packages available.

We help athletes strengthen muscles, increase energy, prevent injuries, recover from injuries, reduce joint pain or risk of injury and more.

Personal training, small group training, and yoga services include certified personal trainers and yoga instructors will provide detailed instructions on how to find time to exercise, how to exercise, and how to find balance in life. Fitness programs include total body strength training, cardio, yoga, meditation, and flexibility for all ages.

Yoga Classes


Yoga classes are great for all athletes of all ages. Learn how to flow in and out of poses with ease and breathing. Let the breath calm the mind, lengthen the muscles, and ease tension. Yoga will inspire the mind, improve focus and clarity, reduce stress with enjoyment.

Busy Athletes


For busy athletes, online nutrition and training customized program are perfect for you. A personalized training program and customized meal plan with grocery lists downloaded to your phone will always be one click away. 24/7 accountability and support help athletes stay on track, increase athletic ability, and prevent injuries.
