1 handful of parsley
1 dark green lettuce leaf
4 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, ends trimmed
2 tomatoes
2 ribs of celery with leaves
1 cucumber
Dash of hot sauce
Dash of celtic sea salt
Cut produce to fit your juicer’s feed tube. Juice ingredients and strain juice into a cup. Add hot sauce and salt…enjoy.
