• Nutrition- Pick one meal breakfast, lunch, or dinner and try to change it to a healthier one. Simple ideas to make a meal healthier is adding a vegetable (fiber food), adding a fruit (vitamins), adding nuts, seeds, avocado (essential fats) or adding lean meat (protein).
• Exercise- Do a simple and quick Interval Training. For example, 10 minutes or cardio followed by 10 squats, 10 push ups, 30 second plank. Repeat 2 or 3 times depending on your time for the day. Simple but a very effective workout.
• Try Concentration Meditation-Focus on a single point. Follow your breath, repeat a single word or mantra, stare at a candle flame, or listen to a sound. Focusing your mind for a few seconds or for a few minutes.
