Welcome to ELB training in person or over zoom. One hour training sessions are for anyone who is looking to increase health, tone, lose weight, improve an injury, or increase athletic ability. Each one hour private training session is tailored to meet your individual needs. Must cancel 24 hours before appointment to avoid charges. Packages will expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Single Sessions
Certified personal trainers will discover you muscle imbalances to improve muscle tone and prevent injuries. One hour session includes total body strength training, cardio, and flexibility for all ages.
Group Training
Training with three or more people is a great way to stay motivated. One hour of cardio, strength training, and stretching exercises filled with laughter that will improve everyone’s fitness goals. In a small group, everyone will receive individual and customized exercises.
Buddy Sessions
Bring a friend to sweat with and have fun. Buddies may perform the same exercise or different depending on individual needs. A session is one hour packed with strength training, cardio, and flexibility for all ages.
One Hour Assessment
One hour assessment to discover muscles imbalances, flexibility, and mobility. Certified personal trainers will demonstrate exercises to strengthen weak muscles. This evaluation is great for all age athletes and exercise enthusiasts.
