During this Covid quarantine, it is so easy to lose sight of yourself and become lazy.  With Netflex, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus and social media it is so easy to become

distracted and lose sight of your health and fitness goals.  I would encourage all of you to stay strong and stay true to yourself.  Inspire yourself to pick weekly challenges to stay healthy to fight off any type of virsus and chronic disease.

Pick 1, 2, or 3 challenges to try this week.

• Nutrition-Drink half your body weight in water. Water is one of the most important nutrients that our body needs to function, to increase our energy, and to stabilizes our moods. Before changing anything always check with your doctor and medications to make sure it is safe to consume more water.
• Exercise-50 wall push ups, or 25 knee push ups or 15 regular push ups.
• Meditation-Find a nice quiet area to meditate for 5 minutes. Meditating is sitting or lying down restfully while your mind softens and quiets it’s thoughts. After you meditate you can continue to write down three affirmations about yourself.

Challenge For Your Health is another easy challenge to you to get started.  Another great simple challenge for you health is to start drinking water.
