Whole Wheat Waffles

1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of whole wheat white flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. honey

 

Place milk, eggs, and honey into the blender.  Blend until well mixed. Reduce speed and add flours, baking powder, and salt slowly. Mix well. Let batter sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Pour batter into a waffle maker, cook, and enjoy with pure maple syrup.
